This fruit provides an array of positive health benefits such as vitamin A&C, iron, phosphorus, calcium, dietary fiber and vitamin B complex support.

Ingredients
  • 10-12 full but green Pommecythere
  • 2 Limes
  • Coconut sugar or honey or a natural sweetener of your choice

Directions
  • Wash and Peel Pommecythere skins. It's also optional to use with the skins but the Pommecythere skins must be washed thoroughly.
  • Chop the Pommecythere into small pieces
  • Place Pommecythere in a blender with 2 cups of water every time until all the Pommecythere pulp is blended. Blend until the consistency is that of a puree.
  • Using a thin strainer, strain the puree and add another ½ cups more water to the juice
  • Add to the juice honey or coconut sugar or a natural sweetener according to your taste
  • Mix all ingredients together well.
  • Serve chilled.
