Ingredients
  • 2 cups of cook Chick pea
  • ¼ cup vegan mayo ( Tofu mayo recipe coming out soon!!!)
  • ½ Tsp Lemon juice
  • ¼ Tsp salt (to your savor)
  • 1 small ( Red or white onion)
  • 2 small Tomatoes
  • 1 small cucumber

Directions
  • Mash chickpea in a bowl with a fork, you want texture so don’t mash to smooth
  • Add vegan mayo, tomatoes, onions & cucumber, along with Lemon juice and salt to taste
  • Mix until all ingredients are combined well, leave to chill for about 5mins and ready to be served.
  • Serve with your favorite whole grain bread, wrap or as a topping for your favorite salad
  • Serves at least 2 persons
