Ingredients
  • 10 Medium Ochros
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 2 Tsp Clove of Garlic
  • 3 Medium Tomatoes

Directions
  1. Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat
  2. Add 2 teaspoon of geera and leave for 1 minute
  3. Add onions, garlic and sauté for a couple of minutes
  4. Add ochro and leave for about 8 minutes
  5. Add tomatoes then leave for a couple minutes
  6. Add salt and spice to taste.
  7. Serve with your favorite bread, crackers, or wraps
