Nutritional Fact:

Chickpea – Great source of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and protein

Ingredients
  • Chickpea – 450 grams
  • Tahini Paste - ¼ cup
  • Lemon Juice – ¼ cup
  • Olive Oli – 3 Tbs
  • Salt - ½ Tsp
  • Water - 1 Tbs
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Italian Blend spice for garnish – 1 Tsp

Directions
  • Add ¼ cup of Tahini paste and ¼ cup lemon juice into your food processor and allow to process for at least 1 minute, add 2 gloves of garlic and allow to process for another 2 minutes this allows the garlic to blend nicely
  • Add the chickpea, olive oil, salt and allow to process for about 3 minutes or until smooth, add water and or more lemon juice or olive oil to your liking or texture.
  • Conduct taste test and add any additional salt to your liking
  • Pour into a tight sealed container
  • Garnish with Italian spices or any spice of your liking, add a drizzle of olive oil, and place in your refrigerator
  • Serve with fresh veggies, oven baked potatoes wedges or in your favorite sandwich
