Nutritional Fact:

Fruits provide an excellent source of vitamins and minerals and they high in fiber which helps prevent constipation. It is recommended that fruits should be eaten: First thing in the morning after drinking 2-4 glasses of warm lemon water. On an empty stomach so it can be before a meal.

Ingredients
  • 2 Apples sliced ( removing core )
  • 2 Kiwis sliced
  • 2 - 3 Plums diced
  • 1/4 Cup shredded Coconut or Sunflower Seed optional

Directions
  • Place in a bowl then top with shredded coconut
  • The daily serving of fruit per day is 2 cups or 3-5 servings
